About Robin Furth
Robin Furth’s fiction, non-fiction, and poetry have appeared in numerous magazines and journals including Fantasy and Science Fiction, Cemetery Dance, Gramarye, Orbis, The Beloit Poetry Journal, and Interpreter’s House. Her book, Stephen King’s The Dark Tower: The Complete Concordance (originally created for King’s personal use), has been translated into five languages.
Robin is the co-author of Marvel’s bestselling Dark Tower comic book series and has contributed to numerous Marvel publications including Legion of Monsters, 100th Anniversary X-Men, Girl Comics, Rampaging Wolverine, and Shang-Chi: Master of Kung Fu. She has also published in Vertigo Quarterly and IDW’s Womanthology series as well as the recently published graphic fiction anthology, Femme Magnifique.
Her awards and nominations include a Locus Award Nomination for Stephen King’s The Dark Tower: A Concordance, Volume I, Eisner and Harvey Award nominations for The Gunslinger Born graphic novel, and YALSA awards for The Gunslinger Born and The Long Road Home. Her most recent adventures have been acting as a consultant for both the 2017 Dark Tower movie, directed by Nikolaj Arcel, and Amazon’s 2020 Dark Tower TV pilot, by showrunner Glen Mazzara.
